Are you aware of your inner man?
Christians often have a vague idea about their inner man (1 Peter 3:4) but lack understanding about the importance of cultivating it as central to their faith journey in Jesus.
Although unseen, our inner man is substantial and dynamic and requires feeding (Psalm 106:15; Psalm 119:32), strengthening (Eph. 3:16), and daily renewal (2 Cor. 4:16).
“The inner man is the place of our fiercest passions, strongest conviction, deepest longings, and highest ambitions,” says Stephen Venable, a dear friend, and co-laborer with Corey Russell.
As the Body of Christ, we desperately need a revelation of our inner man to steward it well and become the strong, pure, and spotless bride (Eph. 5:27) that ushers in Jesus’ return.
